Hunan XinYuan Cylinder Liner Co., Ltd. was established in 1956, and has over forty years' history of professional production of cylinder liners. We own more than 1,200 staffs and 260 professional technicians of all kinds. Our factory has 170,000 square meters. The company produces many kinds of cylinder liners, such as boron alloy, boron-copper alloy, bainite, nickel-molybdenum-copper and so on. And the annual productivity is over 3,000,000 pieces. We persist in the management conception that "Quality Is the First, Customers Are the Paramount". According to the standard of ISO/TS 16949:2002, we set up a quality management system. The design and the exploitation of our products adopt the system of computer-integrated manufacture. And we have many industries with leading-level and plasma quenching cylinder liners. Key working procedure and chief inspection way are brought in from the equipment instruments of Germany and Italian. Moreover, we have long cooperation with Huazhong Science and Technology University and Shanghai Internal-combustion Engine Research Place, promoting the capability of investigation and exploitation with our independence, consummating machining process and craftwork, optimizing product quality. Our company is a major instituting part which is accorded with the industry standard of the national laser cylinder liner JB/T10406-2004. Furthermore, the company was assessed as the test base of Shanghai International-Combustion Engine Research Place to produce new cylinder liner products.
